Makes 2-3 portions
Ingredients:
Procedure:
sautée veggie burgers in 1 tbsp oil until brown; cool, and cut into 8 "pizza" slices each
cook rice, use 2 cups water (double the amount of rice)
in a medium frying pan, heat vegetable oil on a medium flame, add onions, garlic, peppers, ginger; stir-fry until soft
reduce flame to low, add sesame oil
add Hoisin sauce, add cut veggie burgers, stir well
stir in soy sauce, cook until sauce is thick
serve over rice
(in this picture, I boiled two 1/4 cauliflower heads in water and served them on the side)
