I used Submit Express for this site on 9/11, still not showing up in searches.

I added the URL to my Google Webmaster Tools account and verified it.

Client did not want a sitemap submitted, mainly because the "site" is a one-page brochure. I did advise that could speed up the indexing.

Actually, it is 4 frames (designer built it) but I added the clickable image conveyor. I put the description and keywords meta tags on each of the 4 frames plus the frameset.
